= What is the main mission of this bespoke tailoring project?
As we know, that the high level bespoke tailoring skills are in the danger of extinction. The main aim of our family project - Henry Bailey is to bequeath the top bespoke tailoring hand crafted and individual made skills to the younger generation and provide our bespoke tailoring company clients with the highest quality bespoke garments. Our principle is to make sure that our workshop uses only the world's best craftsmen.
= Is the quality of the garments as good as those made in the UK?
Our suits are of Savile Row quality and are different from other tailoring companies. Our Master Tailors have been working with a leading Savile Row company for over 8 years. Sometimes they also come to the UK to learn and upgrade their skills. Our tailors are regularly trained by well-respected Savile Row tailors.

= What is the difference between Bespoke and Semi-Bespoke?
Bespoke suits are hand crafted using approximately 5000 individual stitches. The 'body' of the suit is built up using canvas which is hand sewn into the cloth to create the correct shape. Bespoke suits are also hand cut on the premises and several fittings are usually given. Made to measure suits are machine sewn and use a 'bonding' technique for the canvas application, and normally have no fittings.

= How many tailors are employed by our bespoke tailoring workshop?
There are more than 60 skilled Tailors in our tailoring house and more in our bespoke tailoring school.
= Are there any samples available to inspect?

= How long will it take for me to receive the finished garment?
It will take up to 3 weeks, from despatch of order to receipt of finished garment, straight to finish. However, extra time must be allowed for fittings. Bear in mind that:
- DHL or UPS delivery time from China to the UK is within 3 days.

 - DHL or UPS delivery time from the UK to China is within 3 days.
= What is the procedure for getting orders?
- The suits are cut by British tailors before being sent for sewing to our workshop in Ningbo. We have our own order forms and alteration sheet in English. When you have completed the form, send it with any necessary trimmings (and cloth, if appropriate) to us. We will check it before despatch to China. This minimises the likelihood of errors, which are both costly and time consuming to correct.

- The finished garment is inspected by our professional bespoke tailoring quality controllers before sending it back to the client.
= How many bespoke tailoring companies have been working with?
We are providing bespoke tailoring services to more than twelve bespoke tailoring companies in the UK and USA now.

In order to promote understanding of high level bespoke tailoring techniques between the UK and China, we often arrange bespoke tailoring technique skill exchange programmes and conferences between UK well-respected Savile Row tailors and Chinese well-known tailors in China.
